"My husband and I contacted Don to craft two stained glass windows for a home chapel. We had seen other work done by him and just knew he had the right vision to complete what is the center of our home. He cuts each piece of glass separately, deftly using a band saw for larger pieces. Each tiny section of the metal work is cut bit by bit and then he coats each one in copper foil and solders the pieces together with lead. I can't see a single soldering mark--nothing detracts from the beauty of his finished art. To make curved pieces of the metal itself is truly masterful.. We can't thank him enough for his kindness through the design process, nor can I convey in words my admiration of his talent. Thank you from both of us for two such treasures."

"Don's Custom Stained Glass was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Don and Carol came out to the house to look at the space we had in mind for custom stained glass for our large family room windows. They listened to what we had in mind and took it from there. Before any glass was cut they invited us to their shop to look at full sized templates of the designs and choose the glass we'd like to incorporate in each piece. After seeing the design, my wife wanted to go in a different direction and Carol listened to what she wanted and knocked it out of the ballpark. The end result was stunning and had everything we wanted. We would highly recommend "Don's" for both the very talented artistry and fine craftsmanship. "

"I was looking for a specifically unique gift when I found the Don’s Custom Stained Glass website. When you look at the website and it says Don & Carol will work on an something with you from concept/design through a finished piece – they mean it, and they do it well!! I came to them with an idea, a drawing & porthole and said “Can you do a stained-glass piece like this using this as a frame??” They took an idea I wasn’t sure was possible, worked through the design & colors with me, and made it a beautiful reality. (Twenty of them actually!) So thankful for them, their attention to detail, and their passion & skill to create a beautiful finished product. I will come back to Don in a heart beat for any other stained glass projects I need. "
